Ready2Talk Warranty and Return Policy

It is important that all our customers are happy with their PA system purchases. So Double E Products Ltd. has a very simple warranty and return policy;

Warranty

All our PA systems and cables have a two year and our microphones have a one year  warranty covering manufacturing defects. The product will be either repaired or replaced upon receipt of the defective product and prepaid return shipping to the customer will be included. (Sorry, warranty doesn`t cover damage due to abuse)

Returns

If the customer isn`t happy with the operation or quality of any of the Ready2Talk PA system product, please return the product for a full refund (shipping cost excluded) within 90 days of original purchase. A return authorization number is required… please give us a call.
